As a Marine Corps Veteran, I have had the privilege of serving my country, and now I continue to serve others through my creative entrepreneurial endeavors. I take great pride in hand-making my products.

I grew up in a time when the tradition of passing down arts and crafts skills spanned across generations. I now cherish the privilege of having inherited such wisdom, and on my own journey, I pass it on to the future generations, ensuring the preservation and continuation of these treasured traditions. My abilities are a tribute to the remarkable women in my family, and I deeply value the knowledge that has been handed down to me. Each of these influential women have played a role in shaping who I am today. My aspiration is to inspire others in a similar manner, advocating for the "see one, do one, teach one" philosophy and fostering a spirit of sharing and learning.

In my Studio 51 Rural Zen storefront, which is located just outside the city limits of Lula, Georgia, you will find a teaching and working studio where I share my knowledge and expertise with others. My shop also features handcrafted jewelry, aromatherapy products, and other handmade items. As a photographer, I also display some of my favorite photos from local hikes and travels; the images are available as prints that are made to order, and greeting cards, postcards and bookmarks for purchase.

In my dedication to sustainability, I ensure that all my products, including upcycled vintage clothing, are crafted from sustainable materials that usually end up in a landfill. From candles featuring coconut-soy wax and U.S.-sourced wood wicks to containers fashioned from beautiful, reusable materials like vintage glass and pottery, each item reflects my commitment to eco-conscious practices, all the way down to the packaging.

My canvas and furniture art are adorned with clay-based pigment paints, contributing to the overall environmental mindfulness in my creations. My paperweights are crafted from vintage papers and jewelry parts with encouraging words and affirmations, showcasing a thoughtful blend of history and creativity. The joy of hand-making these bespoke products lies not just in the design but also in channeling values into every creation, sharing both craftsmanship and sustainability with others.

My candles are created with intention for the following: improving your mood, elevating your happiness, relieving stress, increasing focus and alertness and soothing overall. My wish is to bring love, joy and peace to those who use my candles. From morning prayers to evening journaling, whether reading on your front porch or listening to music while your children play, I have designed bespoke scents to carry you through your day.
